I remember painting this iconic scene for the first time, not knowing that it would be my most sought after Artwork and become my signature piece.
This tunnel that connects the south side of Kaua’i always felt like coming home to me. The magical nature of the light, color and the trees holding hands above was a favorite that captured my artist’s eye. While painting is pure joy, and sometimes challenging, the proceeds has helped non-profits on Kaua’i. I can’t think of a better legacy for the tree tunnel than helping the people of the island.
